Holiday house

Spacious double storey house with 2 living areas, 2 bathrooms and 2nd kitchenette upstairs. 4 houses (approx 150 meters) from the Cape Woolamai safety beach.

Please note that the property is best suited to familly groups with young children.

It is not suitable for groups of over 8 adults.

Ground floor living area opens to large covered deck/veranda with BBQ, which leads to private back yard. Coonara wood fire with supply of firewood. Light and bright upper level with cathedral ceilings and 2nd living/dining area and kitchenette.

We expect only that the house be left in a reasonably clean & tidy state. We will refund this to you within 2 weeks of your departure if not sooner. It can be by electronic transfer if you supply your banking details or by cheque.
