Holiday house
RACV 4 stars. Bright modern. Loads of room over 3 levels. Sleeps 12. Next to coastal reserve.
A few minutes walk to both the surf beach the safety beach - adjacent to the Cape Woolamai Nature Reserve - this superbly designed furnished contemporary house sleeps 12, is ideal for two families. Rated RACV 4-stars, 3 living areas over 3 levels means theres lots of room for everyone!
The top level has a master bedroom with walk-in robes, en-suite bathroom toilet with double shower, spacious living area with plush leather lounge suite, 42 plasma TV front rear balconies.
The mid-level at street level features an entrance hall, sitting room, large kitchen/dining room, 2 bedrooms (queen bed 2 x bunks), bathroom with spa bath, separate toilet powder room. Theres also a large balcony with outdoor setting gas BBQ. The fully equipped kitchen features caesar stone benchtops, Bosch oven, cooktop dishwasher, a walk-in pantry LCD TV.
Reverse cycle cooling heating on the top 2 levels means that you will always feel comfortable, a big range of books, board games DVDs means no-one will be bored.
The lower level is a large rumpus room-cum-garage, with 2 double sofa beds, a laundry. Outside theres another patio outdoor setting, a good-sized backyard a hot/cold outdoor shower.
