With 3 generous bedrooms plus study, 2 bathrooms and 2 large living areas, this home is the perfect holiday getaway for 1, 2 or more families.

It has been designed by 2 renowned environmental engineers with passive solar features throughout, solar hot water, double-glazed windows which are positioned to maximise the air flow. Superb warmth when you need it and cool in summer months with minimal environmental footprint.

Fully enclosed front and back yard makes it safe for all your loved ones - the children, your dogs (most welcome) and of course that V8 Supercar, Ducati or Harley!Driveway with remote security gate can fit up to 3 cars.

The location says it all - Perfectly positioned with, the Surf Beach at the end of the street and just a stones throw to the Cape Woolamai shops. Grand Prix circuit and penguins 10 mins drive, walking distance to the famous Chocolate Factory!
This 2 storey solidly built home has a large industrial style kitchen, complete with chefs gas fired cast iron stove top and Cappuccino machine to enjoy whilst reading the paper at the 8 seater kitchen dining table. The kitchen overlooks the sunken lounge/entetaininment area with another 12 seater dining table, TV, DVD, CD etc .

Bedroom features include:

*Main Bedroom Queen Sized Bed, robes, ensuite and Spa

*Bedroom 2- Queen Sized Bed and ensuite

*Bedroom 3- Two Double beds

*Study with fold out double bed

*2 extra toilets

All bedding, linen and towels are supplied.

The fully appointed kitchen overlooks the dining and living areas through to the outdoor entertaining deck.

Additional Townhouse features include:

* Stair guard and high chair
* Pets welcome and are very comfy at night in the kennel on the deck. Please bring your own pet bedding

North West facing Lounge with floor to ceiling windows and sliding glass wall opening out onto to huge entertaining deck with BBQ.
The word "Tampa" means "sticks of fire "in the language of the Calusa, a Native American tribe. So gather those sticks and fire up the wood fuelled BBQ!

Natural landscpe designs make this a picture perfect location to kick back on the deck and watch that sun come up and go down.

Pet Policy

Pets Policy
We love that you are bringing your other best friend. Please, strictly no pets indoors thank you. They are quite comfy sleeping outside in one of our kennels on the porch. (bring own bedding). Tenants should agree to keep their pets under control at all times, so that they don't disturb other neighbouring residents. We also require tenants to clean up after their pets, both outside the house, and in all local areas. Please do not to leave pets outdoors or unsupervised for an unreasonable period of time as they do become distressed.
