"CELESTE" room is luxurious with a Queen size bed, elegantly appointed with deluxe linen, marble breakfast table for two (very romantic).

"ORLANDO" room is large, has a Queen size bed and black & silver decor, mirrored built-in robe. This room has a single bed also.

"JOSEPHINE" room is definitely cosy, with French pictures, mirrored doors and two beds joined together (European style). Also a small round table with French chairs for an intimate breakfast!!

Our long entrance hall has a gallery of interesting paintings. Tourist brochures are available.

LOUNGE/DINING room is tasfully decorated with TV/DVD, mini fridge and more tourist brochures. Enjoy the cosy ambiance. Through the windows you feel a connection with nature. Watch for native birds as the Ti trees sway in the breeze. Enjoy a glass of wine as you unwind.

GUEST KITCHEN is fully equipped, fridge, microwave, mini oven,upright oven, white china, cutlery, tea/coffee facilities.

GUEST BATHROOM has a sunken bath, double hand basins, large shower recess.
Separate toilet.

How to get there: Finding us is easy.
Take the Moorooduc highway which becomes the Mornington Peninsula Freeway. Head towards Portsea until you reach the end of the Freeway This is Boneo Road. Turn left and head towards Flinders on Boneo Road. Drive approx. 10 minutes until you reach the RACV complex (on right). Take the next right turn (Bernard's Way), then left into Bass Vista Boulevard.
