This unique architect designed beach house in Cape Schanck is available for holiday rental. Close to bay and back beaches, wineries, horse riding and walking trails, the house is ideally situated for a great break away.
Designed by Paul Morgan Architects, the house has received global recognition for its innovative design, and has appeared in Vogue Living and other design magazines around the world. The tearshaped internal watertank is the homes major design feature.
This property has also won 'The Robin Boyd Award' for the most outstanding work of residential architecture in Australia , awarded by the National Royal Australian Institute of Architects.
Also the Residential Architecture - Houses Award , awarded by the Royal Australian Institute of Architects, Victorian Chapter.
