Cottage, Holiday house

Our charming Cape Paterson beach house is recently renovated with a new kitchen & laundry, polished floorboards, and lead light windows. This character cottage contains 3 bedrooms, sleeping up to 6 people.
The well-equipped kitchen has a fridge, brand new stove and microwave, the laundry with washing machine and dryer.

**Enjoy our brand new front deck. Sit on deckchairs and read a book, or have breakfast on our outside table and chairs while listening to the birds.

We have 2 flat screen TV's and 2 DVD players with a huge selection of popular movies to choose from. The living room also contains a CD player with many CD's. Keep the kids entertained with lots of board games, jigsaw puzzles, cards and books to read.

The living room has dual heating & air conditioning.

There is easy access to swimming and surf beaches, and suitable swimming areas for children including a large man-made rock pool.

'Sea Breeze' has many happy clients who regularly return several times per year and treasure the property as their own beach house. References available.

Locality

Beautiful location. We are only a 5-minute stroll from Cape Paterson main beach. There are many enjoyable beach walks and inland native bush walks.

Family-friendly area, the coastline features protected beaches, rock pools, excellent surf and scuba diving. Patrolled by the Wonthaggi Royal Lifesaving Club and the Cape Paterson Surf Lifesaving Club.

Great location - less than 10 minute drive to Wonthaggi township, 10 minutes scenic coastal drive to Inverloch, 40 minutes drive to Phillip Island, 60 minutes drive to Wilsons Promontory.
