This top floor 2 bedroom unit is one of a 7 unit complex on the 3rd level, accessible by stairs, and within easy walking distance of patrolled Kings Beach and the main shopping centre of Caloundra. It enjoys ocean views which encompass the daily passing of ocean vessells. There is an inground pool and a private roof top and has a well equipped kitchen. It is within a short walking distance to local hotels and the town centre as well as the boardwalk to Bulcock Beach. The unit has a generous front balcony as well as a back balcony for the winter months. Public transport is at the doorstep.
