Chiswell Place (Caloundra) Absolute Beach Front. Spectacular view and lovely pool with shaded areas and tiled deck come with this ground floor unit at Kings Beach Caloundra.

The unit overlooks Happy Valley surf beach and Kings Beach. Family park picnic area and boardwalk are all a 2 minute walk, Caloundra cinema, main street shops & restaurants are all 5 minutes away.

The unit features 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (renovated SEP 2011) and living area. The main bedroom includes double bed with walk in robes and ensuite. Second bedroom sleeps 3 people in a bunk and single configuration. Balcony has views of the Pumicestone passage, Golden Beach over to Moreton Island. Parking for 1 car is available via a reserved space in a secure lock up garage. There is a large grassed area on the beach side of the 11 unit complex that can be used to also enjoy the views or have a picnic. There are ample sea breezes to keep the unit cool. No air conditioning necessary.

Locality

Caloundra is on the south end of the Sunshine Coast 1 hour from Brisbane & 30 mins from Maroochydore airports. Caloundra's beaches include Kings Beach, a popular family beach with water park and saltwater pool. Bulcock Beach and Golden Beach on the Pumicestone passage close to Caloundra CBD, Moffat, Shelley and Dicky Beach for surfers and families.
