Our unit is a ground floor unit in a small complex of 7. The 2 bedrooms are generous in size with a walk through bathroom. The main living area is open and spacious with 2 balconies. The large balcony leads to our private courtyard which has a clothes line and street access. The unit complex has secure undercover parking and a pool. From our unit it is an easy relaxing walk to Kings Beach, Happy Valley & Bulcock Beach along the boardwalk.
Walk to Caloundra cinema, main street shops & restaurants (5 mins)
Kings Beach water park, kids playground, pool, BBQ & pinic facilities, tavern and restaurants (3 mins)
Walk along the boardwalk to Happy Valley BBQ & pinic facilities and kids playground.
Small dogs/pets are welcome. Owners must keep their dogs quiet and under full control. Owners are also asked to clean up after their dog.
