This is the newest and best house on the Jervis Bay Waterfront. Completed in March 2008, this 2 storey executive beach house sports an open plan Bali style lower level. The Sand coloured porcelain tiles carry through teh lower level.
The Dining area has a Bali timber table and 8 Chairs. The dining area leads out onto the sun terrace which is covered and has its own private out door setting.
The lounge area has widescreen plasma tv, DVD and satellite TV, as well and hifi. The conversation area has seating in the round in Bali syle and enjoys magnificent water views.
The Gourmet Kitchen is open plan and sports the latest solid stone bench top . uttramodern drawers, glass cooktop, eye level oven dishwasher and double door fridge.
The lower living area lead out onto the ocean terrace with its teak table and chairs, and gas barbeque. The garden leads out onto the beach .
The upper level has bedrooms 1,2 and 3 and the TV area. The floors are polished timber and the views are magnificent.
