Callala Beach Front is a very modern two storey 3 bedroom house loacted on Jervis Bay NSW. It has all new modern furnishings and is a fully equipped holiday home, perfect for families and is a great getaway just a short disctance from Sydney or Canberra!
The house offers breathtaking 270 degree panoramic views over Callala Beach and Jervis Bay. Watch the dolphins from the huge wrap around balcony on the second floor and Callala Beach is right in front of the house!
The house has been decorated with modern, comfortable, quality furniture, perfect for that relaxing getaway. A good sound system and LCD TV with DVD player, Play Station 2, board games, ping pong table and a selection of books to read and over 50 dvds to watch.
The open plan living / dining / kitchen area upstairs is very well designed and takes full advantage of the ocean views. Slide open the balcony door and enjoy a wonderful BBQ with water views!!
The kitchen is setup well with NEW STAINLESS STEEL APPLIANCES, Microwave, stove/oven and a MASSIVE 520Litre Stainless Steel fridge. The laundry is downstairs with a washing machine and dryer, iron and ironing board. WOW all modern appliances!!
There is a very relaxing Gazebo in the backyard, an outside shower to wash yourself down after a refreshing swim and ample parking for your boat and trailer.
Also a new 6 person outdoor spa is located in the gazebo amongst the native garden to enjoy!!
We had a wonderful stay - the location is terrific, directly across the road from the beach, great view and on a nice quiet street. The house was clean, tidy and well equipped. The owner was also very easy to deal with, prompt and extremely helpful. Would definately recommend the house to others.
