Self-contained apartment

Each of The York Apartments’ spacious, one bedroom units are furnished with modern furniture, inviting décor and cool, ceramic tiled floors. Walking into your apartment will feel like stepping into a leisurely world where the only item on the agenda is to relax – tropical style!

The separate bedrooms each have a queen size ensemble bed. With an additional pull-out double sofa bed located in the lounge, each unit has been designed to accommodate 4 people comfortably.

A two-way ensuite bathroom includes a bath and shower (you'll even find a hair dryer!) and is designed for maximum privacy.

Ducted air conditioning and ceiling fans are standard in each apartment, as is a fully equipped, self-contained kitchen (see Facilities) and laundry

Locality

We're just 10 minutes north of Cairns city and CBD, directly on the beachfront at Yorkey’s Knob, a beautiful sweep of white sandy beach ideal for watersports or simply relaxing with family and friends. The Domestic and International Airports are only 10 minutes drive from Yorkey’s Knob. Hire cars can be booked through our tour desk (ask us to recommend local operators) or public transport on buses are readily available.
