Ocean views from kitchen lounge dining and patio. Ground floor apartment has direct access to the pool and spa (via a safety gate) then across to the beach and the ocean. These apartments are much larger than the average apartments (175sqm) and offer beach and ocean views from the kitchen, lounge, dining and the patio.
They have three separate bedrooms. Main bedroom has a KING size bed and large en-suite with SPA, separate shower, WC and twin vanities. Second and third bedrooms both have 2 single beds which can be made up as kings when requested. These two bedrooms are located at the rear of the apartment and share the second bathroom. Each bedroom has a TV and there is a plasma in the lounge.
The comfortable lounges seat 7 and one converts to a double bed. The fully equipped kitchen is at the front of the apartment and overlooks the ocean. It includes full size stove and fan forced oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine etc. plus own laundry with automatic washing machine and clothes drier. Climate control are silent split system air-conditioners independently operated by 4 remote controls plus ceiling fans - and a lovely sea breeze. The patio overlooks the ocean and beach has direct access to the saltwater pool and is equipped with a private barbeque. The outdoor setting is ideal for al fresco dining. Quality furnishings and fittings throughout and linen is supplied plus beachpool towels.

Yorkeys Knob is just 15 minutes North of Cairns. Steps from one restaurant and an easy stroll to other restuarants, shops, take aways, supermarkets, boat club and 18 hole golf course. (Half Moon Bay Golf Course offer discounted green fees to in house guests). Bus 1 minute walk and courtesy bus to local boat club Just two par fives from Half Moon Bay Golf Course.
