BEACH HOUSE - Stylish family accommodation without the cost of resorts and hotels. 3 bedrooms (1 self contained queen suite with en-suite and study area with additional futon, plus two extra bedrooms either 2 X kingsize or 2 X twin). Two bathrooms. Sleeps 8 Adults. Bed linen and towels provided. Property is furnished in a Balinese theme. Air conditioned bedrooms and ceiling fans throughout. Large resort style swimming pool and seperate spa (GREAT FUN!!!) Sun lounges and beach towels provided. Outdoor patio dining with BBQ. TV/CD/DVD. Fully equipped kitchen and laundry. Jambala Beach House is located at the junction of Lambus Street and Trivia Street, Palm Cove. A very quiet, prestigious and residential neighbourhood, only 400 metres from the beachfront and Coral Sea. Only a 3 minute walk to the beach, esplanade, restaurants and bars. Close to the convenience store, bottle shop and tavern (4 minutes walk). Local buses and taxis are readily available from the esplanade with regular services to Cairns and other beach resorts.
Catamaran trips to the Great Barrier Reef leave from the jetty which is 10 minutes walk from Jambala.
The esplanade has many shops and tour offices where trips to nearby Port Douglas / Mossman Gorge / Daintree and Cape Tribuilation can be arranged.
