The main lounge room also has a large screen TV with DVD/VCR & CD in Stereo that can be sent to all the other TV’s in the Villa. [Great for entertaining]

This is a birdwatchers paradise, many different species, a rainbow of color everywhere. A camera will be very useful and a video even better……..make your own “Arabian Nights” movie!

The Ocean and the fantastic children’s “Ship Playground” is just a few walking steps away, feel the tempting warm Coral Sea and its only a few minutes walk to the new Lagoon swimming area, Muddies children’s playground all the best restaurants, cafes, bars, clubs, casino, convention center, theaters, and galleries of this exciting metropolis.

The villa features 3 double bedrooms all with en-suites, separate guest powder room off the living area, games room, separate laundry, and private courtyard…..all rooms are fully air-conditioned with separate remote controls and also have ceiling fans and opening louver windows with insect screens.

For the security minded………..Security is assured at all times ,the pedestrian gate and intercom system is operated from the lounge room.
There is a solid steel grill security front door and dead locks to most doors.
Hard wired smoke detectors and safety switches are installed and regularly checked by our electrician. Dimmers are standard on all light fittings. If you have any special security requirement we would be more than happy to assist.
