The 100metre driveway ensures total 360 degree privacy-set on three acres with amazing sea views from each verandah,this 3 pavilion Balinese inspired home is it's own sanctuary.
Being on one level makes it simple and user friendly.
The master pavilion consists of a king size bed,a walk in robe,huge open bathroom with an outdoor free-standing bath and garden.The floor tiles are crushed shell and tie in beautifully with the exposed timber ceilings.
The bi-fold doors allow inside and out to merge together in synergy.
Lay in bed and watch the boats go by or step out onto the verandah,sink into the sofa,read a book,enjoy the sunrise,moonrise or simply just be at one with nature.
The middle pavilion consists of a very comfortablelounge area,Plasma screen,kitchen with the latest appliances and fittings.A large verandah/deck with an 8 seater timber table to enjoy meals creates a perfect atmosphere for entertaining.Extending out from the verandah a plunge pool awaits you with a built in bench seat enabling you to enjoy a cocktail whilst cooling off or sunlounges to just simply relax.
The third pavilion has three bedrooms,two with ocean views,the other with a rainforest aspect which can also be used as an office.This pavilion has a modern bathroom,laundry facilities and a large bath which offers views to the valley below.
This homeis well built and well thought out,there is also a bedroom between the master and middle pavilion which provides the option for a young child or baby to be close by.
All recycled timber has been used in this eco friendly home,the pavilions are connected by breeze ways,featuring solar power and flow through ventilation achieving a 7 star energy rating.
