Bed & Breakfast

10 minutes to Cairns city, 7 minutes to Airport & short walk to popular beach & alfresco restaurants. A unique 5 acre property in a very natural setting with abundant birdlife. This is a birdwatchers paradise. Take a stroll around the property to view the tropical fruit trees all organically grown or relax on the deck with a drink & book. Enjoy a full gourmet breakfast on the main deck overlooking the Billabong.

Billabong B&B is pet friendly to well behaved and friendly cats/dogs. Please advise if you would like to bring your pet when making an enquiry.

Being in a big city and yet not! Who needs rainforest and bushwalks when you have a Billabong, birdlife and nature in front of your bedroom?? It was paradise especially in the evenings with candllight listening to the ducks and frogs & waking up to the birds.

Dogs should be well behaved & friendly to other people & dogs. We have two female dogs & both love new dogs to play with. Dogs are allowed in inside your room but not on the furniture please. We will supply water bowls but not food & would prefer if the dog had their own bedding. Would also appreciate it owner would pick up after their dog (pooper scooper supplied) As we have other guests staying on the property who may not be dog people we would ask your dog to be on a lead at breakfast time.

Happy to have cats stay if inside as I do not know if I could trust my larger dog with a cat
