STYLE
Built in the s by a Maltese family from the town of Floriana, on the east coast of Malta, these villas are reminiscent of their Mediterranean background, with all the modern conveniences since their refurbishment. Five spacious boutique villas are made up of four 2-bedroom and one single bedroom, located on the Cairns Esplanade with expansive views of the gardens, Coral Sea and mountains.

ACCOMMODATION
Each villa comprises a fabulous, fully self contained kitchen, spacious, beautifully furnished lounge and dining areas, outdoor terrace or balcony with water views, laundry and a garage. The two bedroom villas are fitted with the convenience of two bathrooms. The villas share a private pool and outdoor barbecue area.

FEATURES
The Floriana Villas building is listed with the local council as a ?building of special heritage interest' and is located on the Cairns Esplanade, a short 10 minute walk along the boardwalk to the city centre, restaurants, shops and the lagoon pool. Cairns is the gateway to a wide range of activities including snorkelling or diving the Great Barrier Reef, touring the Daintree Rainforest, water sports, golf, horse riding to name a few. Up to seven bedrooms can be rented for extended families or friends.
