This brand new property has its own access to Carrum Beach with its superbly fine, silvery sand. There are no rocks at all, just crystal clear water and a 7km beach. Carrum railway station is 500m away with trains taking you straight to Melbourne CBD. Patterson Lakes launching ramps and many restaurants are nearby.
The Beach says it all, dreaming away and if you like to walk, just dream along the endles beaches and not at all far from the Melbourne CBD!
