Senibua Cottage is located in a corner of our Kahawa Estate Coffee Plantation.

The newly-renovated, air-conditioned, 2 bedroom cottage is fully self-contained with 2 bedrooms, new fully equipped kitchen/dining, lounge with TV/DVD, bathroom & separate toilet, and fully equipped laundry with dryer.

Nestled amongst its own subtropical gardens, the cottage has a lovely deck on which to watch the sun rise or gaze at the stars on a clear night, and a patio with bbq.

Enjoy a freshly brewed cup of home grown Kahawa Estate coffee from your complimentary supply of freshly ground beans.

The garden is fully fenced and can accommodate well behaved four-footed friends. Please contact us to discuss.

Feel free to relax in the peaceful surroundings of our coffee plantation. Wander through the coffee rows down to the dam or find a wallaby, echidna or platypus on creek-side trails through our remnant patch of 'Big Scrub' sub-tropical rainforest.

Senibua Cottage is located in the hinterland between Ballina and Byron Bay, in the Northern Rivers area of the far north coast of New South Wales, Australia.

We are:
- an easy 2.5 hr drive from the Brisbane CBD
- 10 min from the Pacific Highway
- 15 min to Ballina-Byron Gateway airport
- 60 min to Gold Coast Coolangatta airport

Pet friendly

Small dogs (less than 11 kg) are permitted, Medium dogs (11 kg to less than 34 kg) are permitted, Large dogs (34 kg or heavier) are permitted, Secure, fully fenced running area, Other domesticated animals reside at the property.

Dogs are to be kept outdoors at all times. However, smaller dogs that are clean and well behaved are permitted to enter the living areas under your supervision, and at your own risk. Dogs are not permitted in the bedrooms. Furnishings are expected to be kept clean and damage free.
There is a tap and hose near the back door steps that can be used to wash dogs and dog towels (brown) can be found on the laundry room shelf.
The perimeter of the cottage garden is securely fenced at a fence height of 1m. It is your responsibility to ensure that your dog/s are secured within this fence at all times and are unable to jump a fence of this height.
You are welcome to take your dog/s for a walk around the property, providing they are under your control at all times (leashed if necessary).
