Holiday house

The Genie House is within 5 minutes leisurely walk to Byron shops, restaurants and clubs - 3 minutes to Byron Cinema and 8 minutes walk to Main Beach. This home offers convenience plus with the Green Garage Fruit Barn & Cafe directly across the road.

This newly renovated home offers 3 bedrooms (one queen size / one double / 2 king singles - which can be transformed into a king sized bed). All bedrooms are furnished with white linen and towels. The queen and double rooms have french doors opening onto a north-facing deck to catch the summer breezes.

Enjoy the deck which looks over well established gardens and offers the perfect place to sit, relax and enjoy a morning coffee or an afternoon aperitif. This home also offers a beautifully crafted atrium with concertina rosewood windows - the perfect setting for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Features include polished timber floors throughout / ceiling fans in 2 bedrooms / one bedroom with air conditioning / BBQ / TV / DVD / CD Stereo / Wireless Broadband Coffee Machine / 2 pushbikes / 1 x 2 man kayak (on trolley).

The Genie House would suit family of 6 or 3 couples. Pets are welcome and have fully fenced yard to play in.
