Sandy Paws on Belongil is a bright, modern and comfortable duplex with a relaxed style which says luxury at every turn. Everything is provided to make your stay as carefree as possible. Perfectly positioned less than 100 metres from beautiful Belongil Beach, you can take in the surf and sand or enjoy a 10 minute stroll along the beach to the town centre and it's famous cafes and shopping.

Being opposite to the beach access it enjoys ocean glimpses in the main bedroom and refreshing sea breezes in the front yard and throughout the accomodation.

This spacious duplex has plenty of room and features air-conditioning, 3 large bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms (including ensuite to the main), lock up garage and is fully equipped with everything you could need for a fantastic holiday so close to the beach. Sleeps 6.

The yard is fully secured with a child proof lock on the gate, making it ideal for pets and the kids.

This attracts a diverse range of locals and visitors which makes it the premier location in Australia for people watching. It has also cemented its position as a drawcard for international visitors.

Some of the best surfing on the East Coast is to be found right in town with cafes overlooking famous surfing locations.

The reputation of the far north coast as an alternative lifestyle destination has drawn a wide selection of people to the hinterland and surrounding towns with Byron Bay as their central point. This has led to the protection of natural wonders and makes Byron a perfect starting point for exploring unique townships surrounded by pristine rainforest and hidden waterfalls.

For those wishing a bit of excitement, the Gold Coast is only 40 minutes away on freeway conditions providing, theme parks, world class shopping and nightclubs.

The next day, you could be riding horses along the beach, riding the winds in a glider or throwing yourself from a plane in a tandem skydive. But don't forget the opportunity to lie on a secluded stretch of beach.

Property


This property is located just off a secluded stretch of sand north of town known as Belongil Beach. Surrounded by rich and famous residents and visitors, you can enjoy a quieter holiday spot just down the road from all the action.

With a lock up garage protecting your car you have the chance to walk to restaurants, cafes, the local shops and markets.

Once settled you only need to leave you accommodation to shop, swim and explore. The remodelled kitchen is fully equipped and any ommissions reported are added immediately. A range of 80 DVDs are provided, along with books and games. There are two flat screen televisions and a home theatre system in the living room.

THe front deck faces east and is fantastic for breakfast enjoying the morning sunshine. In the afternoon it is cooled by seabreezes makingg it perfect for an afternoon pre dinner drink.

Despite the quiet seclusion of Belongil, this property is still within 1 minutes walk to two yoga studios, a cafe and a restaurant, all highly regarded.

With quality furniture throughout you will feel like this is your home away from home waiting for you every time you head back to Byron Bay.

Sandy Paws is not available for schoolies and those booking should be 18 years or over.
