Located a very short walk to the pristine Belongil Beach and into Byron Bay town centre

This home has generous spaces, and plenty of comfortable sitting areas throughout. The living areas and bedrooms face onto decks from where you can soak up the peace and quiet, and the sound of the ocean. Downsatirs is the large timber kitchen, dining and lounge area flowing out to the rear deck with BBQ. On this lower level is the main bathroom with combined laundry, and two bedrooms with two sets of bunks in each. Upstiars you will find another living area leading to berooms three and four with decks. A second bathroom is also located on this floor. Here you can be surrounded by nature and yet be only approx 1.5 kms to the shops and restaurants that Byron Bay has to offer. Comfortable for two families or large groups of guests.

Linen: Is Supplied
This includes bed linen (bed sheets, pillowslips, teatowel) and bath towels only. Please note that this property is fully self contained, however is not a serviced property. Servicing can be arranged during your stay at an extra charge. You will also need to bring all toiletries, basic food condiments and household items. Beach towels and hair dryers are not provided. For additional items during your stay you may phone Byron Bay Holiday Hire 02 6685 6247 (extra linen, beach towels, cots, highchairs). You will be provided with an initial supply of toilet paper and dishwashing detergent. You will need to replenish this yourself.

The property is dog friendly subject to confirmation through Property Managers. Please advise in writing your request to bring your dog including type of breed age of dog please?
A dog is allowed provided that they are house trained and well behaved.
Dogs will be allowed inside and in the front & backyard but are not allowed on furniture and must be on a lead at night. Normal rules regarding excessive noise should apply.
