Located in MacGregor Street near Tallow Beach at Suffolk Park

Tallow Beach is approximately 14kms long, with Byron Bay's famous lighthouse at one end and Broken Head, a surfer's paradise, at the other.
The house is on one level (no stairs). It has high vaulted ceilings and a light airy feel. It boasts four bedrooms including separate master suite with ensuite. There are three queen size beds, one double room and one twin room. 'Beechwood' is set in a private garden, with a covered outside eating area and outdoor fireplace. The rear garden backs onto protected bush. Though recently renovated with full modern appliances, it retains its older-style charm. The furnishings have a strong beach feel that create an atmosphere both warm and rustic.
There is a small parade of shops in Suffolk Park, approx 300 metres away, for all your immediate needs, and Byron Bay itself is only about a five minute drive away. Here you will find an abundance of cafes and restaurants, a variety of shops, and a cinema with a difference.
The kitchen, living area and bedrooms all have ceiling fans (no air-con), including a pedistal fan, plus oil and fan heaters for your convenience.

This includes bed linen (bed sheets, pillowslips, teatowel) and bath towels only. Please note that this property is fully self contained, however is not a serviced property. Servicing can be arranged during your stay at an extra charge. You will also need to bring all toiletries, basic food condiments and household items. Beach towels and hair dryers are not provided. For additional items during your stay you may phone Byron Bay Holiday Hire 02 6685 6247 (extra linen, beach towels, cots, highchairs). You will be provided with an initial supply of toilet paper and dishwashing detergent. You will need to replenish this yourself.
