Byron Sunrise is located at beautiful Tallows Beach Byron bay. Nestled amongst a coastal rainforest this amazing house is a 30 second stroll to fantastic ocean views and the beach.

From the natural viewing platform high in the sand dunes you have an awesome view of Cape Byron to the North and Broken Head to the South, and it is common to see dolphins frolicking in the surf and whales on their annual migration. It is a great spot to watch the sunrise in the morning or to enjoy a glass of champagne as the sun sets.

The house itself has been fabulously refurbished and contains 3 large bedrooms, one with a king bed, one with a queen bed, and one with two king single beds.

There is an ensuite in the master bedroom, a second full bathroom (with toilet, shower and bath), and a third toilet/laundry area.

There is a gorgeous kitchen, with all the modern kitchen appliances you need to prepare delicious meals on your holiday.

The lounge and dining areas are spacious and light, and merge seamlessly with the huge outdoor deck area.

The deck itself is a great place to enjoy the morning sunshine or to cook up a tasty evening barbeque. It is a fantastic place to recharge the batteries as you take in the garden setting and hear the waves filter through the trees.

Byron sunrise is also fitted out with modern appliances to make your stay enjoyable, such as a large screen TV, reverse cycle airconditioning, DVD player and stereo.

There is direct access to the beach and viewing platform via your own path. There are also other great walks to take in the area, such as investigating the picturesque tea tree lake and bridge, or simply take a relaxing stroll on the beach.

Byron sunrise is only a five minute drive to the cultural hub of Byron Bay. The township can lay claim to a diverse range of award winning restaurants and cafes, safe swimming beaches, excellent nightlife and festivals, and great shopping. A trip to the top of Cape Byron and the lighthouse is also a must do.

Byron Sunrise is located at Suffolk park which is a suburb of Byron Bay 5 minutes South of the town centre.
