This luxury residence has been recently built and is situated on 4 1/2 acres of beautiful native bushland with a stunning in-ground lagoon style pool.

Accommodating up to 15 adults, it offers 6 guest suites each with their own king or queen bed, ensuite, private deck, flat screen TV, aircon and ceiling fan. 3 rooms also include single sized trundle beds suitable for adults or children.

The open plan living areas consist of - a spacious lounge with a large flat screen TV (with Austar) which opens out onto the deck and gardens. There is a second sitting area, dining room, and fully equipped kitchen with all the mod cons for those that love to cook up a storm!

After a day at the beach or checking out what Byron has on offer...relax on the back deck, with a good book and a glass of wine, while the kids wear themselves out in the pool - now that's a holiday!

Set in landscaped gardens it is a perfect venue for small weddings, private functions, a family getaway or reunion.

The property is approx 15 mins walk into the center of Byron Bay or a short drive or bicycle ride (bikes can be provided on request). Linen is supplied and trundle beds are available on request. This property is also wheelchair friendly.
