The town centre is a few minutes stroll along the beach front.
The apartment is situated at the start of the Byron Lighthouse trail. Has to be the most scenic walk you will ever take...a great way to start the day. Depending on the time of year it's common to spot whales passing Byron on a daily basis and the Lighthouse walk is the place to be!




The apartment is owner managed by a local family right here in Byron Bay. We understand our guests need for comfort and have provided all the home away from home extras to make your holiday a fantastic experience.

John and Elaine have added many new features including air-con, carpets, Internet, all new furnishings including high quality beds and linen, new appliances, crockery and a well equipped kitchen.

The unit is situated in an exclusive block of four, one flight up and has the perfect sun filled north east aspect. Koranba one is a spacious apartment with an open plan living area and 3 generous bedrooms.

Bedding Configuration:
Bedroom one: King with En-suite
Bedroom two: King that converts into 2 king singles
Bedroom three: 2 king singles with 2 single beds that pop up underneath.

The apartment comfortable sleeps 6 or 7 adults but with 2 trundles up to 8 can be accomadated including children.
