Abaca is a great 4 bedroom, renovated, family friendly, holiday house with a separate studio and a sparkling 10 metre pool. Abaca is in a private and quiet location and a short walk to Byron's gorgeous beaches, great restaurants, cafés and shopping.

Holiday house


Abaca is good quality, well appointed, clean and welcoming accomodation. The large covered deck and BBQ area at the rear of the property overlooks a fully fenced tropical garden and glorious pool.

Abaca offers the opportunity to relax on the daybed or enjoy outdoor dining in the privacy of this north facing child friendly back yard. The house has open plan living with contemporary furnishings.

The kitchen in the house is modern and fully equipped, with good quality appliances including a dishwasher. There is also a washing machine and dryer. The television in the main lounge is connected to Austar (Foxtel) and there is a DVD and CD player. There is a separate smaller lounge area with a television, games and books for some quieter moments. There are 3 good sized bedrooms in the house - the main bedroom has its own little courtyard providing lots of light & yet another private spot to get away from it all.

From the living area there are sliding doors that open out onto the grassed backyard with a cubby house, slide and swing.

Separate to the main house is a fresh and comfortable studio with a queen bed & en suite. The studio also has its own television, fridge and tea and coffee making facilities.

A high chair, cot and cot linen are available (free of charge) if required for infants. 2 hair-dryers, iron, ironing board, linen and bath towels are supplied however you do need to bring your pool/beach towels. A broadband internet connection is available. There is off street, secure (uncovered) parking for one car and plenty of easy street parking.

Please note that Byron Bay has a NO PARTY rule in all properties. Schoolie bookings and bookings where the majority of guests are under 25 can only be made when specific arrangements are made in writing with the owner.

Locality


Byron Bay is a beautiful, world renowned holiday destination. It has magnificent surfing and swimming beaches and beautiful National Parks where you can experience rare Australian wildlife, subtropical rainforest walks, and dips in refreshing, cool streams.

There are plenty of activities for visitors to do in and around Byron Bay including surfing, kayaking, fishing, nature walks, golf, scuba diving, hang gliding, sky diving, ballooning, yoga, retreats, day spas and massages, bicycle riding and the challenge of a walk or ride to the Lighthouse and visit Australia's most easterly point.

Byron has an abundance of cosmopolitan restaurants and cafés and traditional pubs. There is wonderful live entertainment. There is quality art and chic shopping. There are great local craft and food markets.

The area has great cultural ignificance for the Aboriginal (Bundjalung) people and at the Lighthouse you can visit the Aboriginal information room and take a Dolphin Dreaming tour.
