All rooms are well ventilated with louvers, windows and fans. The main bathroom upstairs, accessed from the main bedroom and the hallway, has a spa bath. There is a large deck upstairs with an electric BBQ and a large covered patio downstairs with a gas BBQ. Additional bedroom and bedding is an optional extra.
