From the deck there are views across the established gardens and lawn and on to the ocean over the tree tops.

There is a cozy combustion fire place, Master bedroom with ensuite shower and built in wardrobe. Bedroom 2, 3 and 4 have Queen beds, built ins. Family bathroom with bath and shower Separate toilet, separate laundry with washing machine and dryer. There's the use of a garage, lots of car parking space on the drive way. The house can be configured as a 3 bed house for 7 guests or opened completely for 13 guests.
Located in Ewingsdale there is the large IGA shopping centre only 5 minutes by car. Byron Bay is only approx 10 minutes by car with its iconic beaches and eclectic shops and cafes.
Our owners have requested not to accept Schoolie bookings, therefore, in accordance with our owner's instructions we do not take any schoolie bookings at this holiday property.
