This privately owned 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom (3 WC) villa has air-conditioned living areas to ensure your comfort anytime of the year. The accommodation is beautifully furnished with plush and comfortable microsuede lounges, large comfortable beds, TV and DVD in both the living room and the master suite as well as a fully equipped kitchen and laundry with a washer and dryer.

The master suite has a kingsize bed, the second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third bedroom has twin singles. Two very comfortable foldaway beds mean that 8 people can be comfortably accommodated. All linen (except beach/pool towels) is provided. The villa also has a private leafy courtyard with a gas barbecue, perfect for alfresco dining. A lock up garage plus an additional open carbay complete the ideal holiday setting.

The resort also has excellent bar and restaurant facilities on site, as well as a mini-mart, news agency, pharmacy and service station close at hand. We offer special low seaon rates for non-school holiday periods, and even our peak rates make for a very affordable holiday

Busselton is located 232km from Perth and is the Western Australia’s premier seaside resort town. Sheltered from the prevailing winds, it has 30 kilometres of white sandy beaches and makes an excellent base from which to explore the surrounding areas including Dunsborough, Yallingup and the Margaret River Wine Region.
The Margaret River Wine Region is just a short drive away. Enjoy wine tasting from the cellar door and superb cuisine at the many winery restaurants and cafes. Visit forest and coastal national parks, walk trails, galleries and artisan studios.
