Your Busselton holiday starts in the best way possible when you open the door to this Broadwater Executive Villa. Well appointed and only metres from the waters edge, you'll feel immediately relaxed in your resort accommodation.The facilities at Broadwater Executive Villas are fabulous, featuring an indoor heated swimming pool and floodlit tennis court in fully secured resort surroundings.

This privately owned 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom (3 WC) villa has air-conditioned living areas to ensure your comfort anytime of the year. The accommodation is beautifully furnished with plush and comfortable microsuede lounges, large comfortable beds, TV and DVD in both the living room and the master suite as well as a fully equipped kitchen and laundry with a washer and dryer.

The master suite has a kingsize bed, the second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third bedroom has twin singles. Two very comfortable foldaway beds mean that 8 people can be comfortably accommodated. All linen (except beach/pool towels) is provided. The villa also has a private leafy courtyard with a gas barbecue, perfect for alfresco dining. A lock up garage plus an additional open carbay complete the ideal holiday setting.

The resort also has excellent bar and restaurant facilities on site, as well as a mini-mart, news agency, pharmacy and service station close at hand. We offer special low seaon rates for non-school holiday periods, and even our peak rates make for a very affordable holiday

Locality

Busselton is located 232km from Perth and is the Western Australia’s premier seaside resort town. Sheltered from the prevailing winds, it has 30 kilometres of white sandy beaches and makes an excellent base from which to explore the surrounding areas including Dunsborough, Yallingup and the Margaret River Wine Region.
The Margaret River Wine Region is just a short drive away. Enjoy wine tasting from the cellar door and superb cuisine at the many winery restaurants and cafes. Visit forest and coastal national parks, walk trails, galleries and artisan studios.
A cycle path for all ages meanders along the stunning Geographe Bay foreshore. There is an entertainment park which has giant water slides, an archery park, mini golf, one of the states few remaining drive-in theatres, jetski hire, a par 3 Golf Course and much more.

This is a lovely two storey town house type apartment with sleeping accommodation for 6 - 8 people, fully self-contained.
It has two bathrooms(one is ensuite) three toilets, a full kitchen - including a dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator and wall oven. There is also a full laundry with a washing machine and clothes dryer.
There is carparking for two cars alongside the villa – an open bay and a garage.
Enjoy the enclosed landscaped garden with private gas bbq and the quiet surroundings.
The beautifully furnished living area has a television and DVD, (there is also a TV and DVD in the master suite.)
The living room is airconditioned (reverse cycle)and there is also a gas space heater for those cold winter nights.
The villa is located within the Broadwater Executive Villa complex and guests have use of the floodlit Tennis Court, Indoor Heated Pool and Spa, not to mention the restaurant facilities and nearby attractions!
