The Broadwater location is great for summer & winter breaks with fantastic facities including a heated indoor pool/spa & tennis court. It is within easy walking distance to the beach, walk/cycle way along the beach to Busselton or Dunsborough town centres, an open grassed area including playground & Broadwater Shopping centre/food hall & Resort bar/restaurant. The Villa is well appointed with a fully equipped kitchen/laundry & spacious, comfortable, accommodation for 8 people & is well suited to couples & families (3 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms). The large air-conditioned upsatirs loft area doubles as a 3rd bedroom/2nd living area with TV/Video/DVD. A 2 car carport is right at your doorstep. (Please note- Parking is limited & there is a restriction of 2 cars per unit.)

All linen & cleaning is included in the tariff.

PLEASE NOTE: Unfortunately, the Villa is unsuitable for group stays where the majority of occupants are under the age of 21 such as Leavers/University Breaks.

Locality

Broadwater Beach Executive Villas is well known for its beautifully maintained gardens, facilities and location. It is a leisurely 2.5 hrs drive from Perth in the premier holiday area of South Western WA. The Villas are located between Busselton and Dunsborough and a short distance from some of the world’s finest wineries. Situated on the shores of Geographe Bay, it is a short stroll from the villas (no roads to cross)to the sparkling waters of the bay and the walk/bike paths along its shores.

The location of the Villas offers several dining options inclding a fully liscenced bar/restaurant in the adjacent Broadwater Resort. Another dining option is the excellent food hall in the adjacent Broadwater Shopping Complex with direct access from the villas (the complex also includes a chemist, newsagency & minimart).

A perfect place for beachy summers & cosy winter escapes.

The Villa has been recently repainted in a neutral colour scheme & has a lovely northerly rear aspect which is flooded with natural light through floor to ceiling windows that overlook the Villa's private courtyard. The open plan living/dining areas are recently refurnished & are kept cool or cosy with a reverse cycle air conditioning system. A plasma TV and Foxtel are provided as well as a second TV & DVD area in the upstairs loft. Wi-Fi Broadband is also available in the Villa. The Villa also has a fully equiped kitchen (including microwave & dishwasher) and laundry (washing machine & dryer) with a separate outdoor drying courtyard. The private covered outdoor patio area makes for a pleasant dining option complete with BBQ.

The sleeping accommodation is spacious & comfortable. The 2 bedrooms downstairs are separated by a separate toilet & bathroom. The Main Bedroom Suite is well appointed with a king size bed, ensuite bathroom & access to the rear courtyard through a sliding door. The 2nd bedroom is equally comfortable with a queen size bed & both bedrooms have built in wardrobes. The upstairs loft is a large, spacious area with plenty of room to spread out & make good use of the 2nd TV/DVD in air-conditioned comfort. It has plenty of space as well for 2 single beds & another queen size bed. This brings the total sleeping accommodation to comfortably sleep 8 people.

An indoor heated swimming pool & spa along with a floodlit tennis court within the Executive Villa complex complete the picture for year round entertainment & relaxation.

The Broadwater Executive Villas are set in lovely, well maintained gardens & is kept secure with entry gates & car parking off the street in for 2 cars in an undercover car port. The Villa easily accommodates families, particularly those with older children who appreciate having a separate area in the spacious loft with it's own TV/DVD & air conditioner to hang out in, away from parents. The indoor heated pool & spa as well as tennis court ensures that children are kept entertained in summer & winter. The Villa is within an easy 5 minute walking distance (with no roads to cross) of the beach & bike/walk path along the beach. Bring your bikes & keep them stored under the covered rear patio when not in use.
A high chair is provided in the Villas for the littler ones & a portable cot can be arranged.
Don't worry about the hassle of bringing linen & having to make up beds on your arrival as this has all been done for you & included in the tariff quoted as well as cleaning at the end of your stay.
