"Bay 700" is the ideal Busselton holiday home you envisage as it is beachfront and opposite a park. If you find it hard to do nothing, it is ideally located on Geographe Bay Road with beach walk-ways and cycle paths practically on the front doorstep, with shops only a short walk away. For boat enthusiasts there is side access to park your boat, and the Dolphin Road boat ramp is conveniently just over the road - as are some of the best and most beautiful sandy beaches and crystal blue waters of the bay. This family holiday house is fully furnished and will accommodate 9 people comfortably. Although most days you will have cooling sea-breezes, there is reverse cycle air-conditioning for the odd hot day in summer and warmth for winter heating. The back yard is fully enclosed with plenty of room for kids to play and run around. The front porch is ideal to sit and read a magazine over a cup of coffee or glass of wine and watch the passing scenery. With plenty of room to relax, breathe in the fresh sea air and enjoy the beachside ambience it's no wonder that you will not want to leave.
