Air conditioned lounge, TV, DVD and stereo player, extra TV and video in bedroom, ceiling fans, and floor fan, two toilets, large undercovered entertainment area with gas BBQ, front verenda double carport and large backyard. Short stroll to shops. Strictly non smoking home inside.
