Holiday house

1930's rustic home...in other words a great holiday place for a family who dont want to have to worry about the kids running in with sand on their feet...100m walk to beach, 20m to lake and 20m to bottleshop, Fish n Chip,surf shop and Burrill Bait and Tackle.

2 living areas with AustarFoxtel, Gameskids rumpas that we even play handball in on rainy days. BBQ area. Bikes, Scooters, Canoe. Trampoline, Swings and Cubby house. Off street Parking enough room for a boat or caravan.
NOTE: Bedroom 3 is an ad-a-room cabin in the back yard.

Enjoy all the spectacular beaches that Mollymook, Ulladulla, provide in just a short drive. Everything you could want to do, Golf, Shopping, Fishing, boating, Hiking.
Courtesy Buses availble to all local clubs.

Would suit 2 Families with children, or any family who wants to enjoy themselves without packing the kitchen sink.... anyone would enjoy this perfect spot in Burrill.
