"Cathy is extremely friendly, helpful and generous. Beautiful and clean home, linen and towels - better than a 5 star hotel. Quality everything!!!! Breakfast provisions provided was fantastic - an added extra! . Excellent fireplace with plenty of wood - the house was very warm and comfortable. We all loved it and we would love to come again."

"The cottage was just beautiful, very tastefully decorated and the extra touches by Cathy, ie the breakfast provisions etc. were greatly appreciated seeing as I'm 8 months pregnant.
The fire made the whole house warm and cosy, and the large bath was divine.
We can't wait to book Allendale again once bubs arrives.
Was the perfect last trip as a couple before we become a little family."

" We loved the fire place at night and strolling to everything and the friendly village atmosphere.The bath was nice and cosy romantic and relaxing too. Also the whole area is so beautiful, the little tree lined country roads, the dam in the distance, and the lovely green hills. And of course the beautiful night sky. We have told our friends about our holiday and given the brochures to them because it was so nice and relaxing with lots of pampering and romantic too and just what the doctor ordered.A lovely way to spend our 20th anniversary."
