Hide-Away Cottage is a cosy, fully self-contained, two-storey country cottage, set among trees in rural acreage. It has all the rustic appeal of a hand-hewn cottage but is thoroughly modern, comfortable on the inside. In short, idyllic, tranquil, and accredited by "Accredited Tourism Business Australia".

Some days you may want to sit around the cosy wood fire, take a spa, read a book, listen to music or watch a DVD with surround sound - a range of classical music on CD and movies on DVD is provided for your enjoyment.
On days when you are feeling a bit more adventurous, you might want to head one hour further up the trail to internationally renowned Cradle Mountain World Heritage Park or the Tarkine Wilderness Area.

You can bring your whole family here. In terms of beds, there's a comfortably firm queen-size, a fold-out double, a twin-share and a baby cot and change table are available at no extra cost.

Plenty of outdoor recreational space with basketball ring, swings, slide and trampoline with safety enclosure. Outdoor games are also provided along with indoor Board Games.

Property

A 2 hectare property set out with mainly Tasmanian native trees planted around 1968 onwards. Crystal clear water is pumped from a 25 metre bore. Great for Bird watching. Sheep are on the property, which may be hand fed by children (and adults) at feeding times.
