One of Bundeena's original family bungalows from the 1950s - built on a Grace Brothers/Daily Telegraph plan! This is a family home and is set up accordingly: comfortable, well equipped, full of character and personality. A quarter acre block with backyard securely fenced for kids and pets. Evening BBQs to the sound of breakers. Out the front door and across the reserve to the village's best fishing spot. In winter: whalewatching from the cliffs makes a National Park walk even more exciting than usual. In spring: wildflowers abound and the birdlife will astound. In summer the beaches are sublime and unspoilt.
LocalityThe Royal National Park is one of the wonders of the Sydney region and Bundeena is uniquely placed within it. Bushwalking is as easy or adventurous as you choose. Close to beaches with ocean views yet quietly situated in the village's "dress circle" location. PropertyThis lovely old house is cool in summer, warm in winter and totally relaxed and friendly at all times. We love it and like to share it with others when we can. Not for those wanting 5 star luxury hotel/resort style accommodation. Carrickfergus is a much-loved, elderly Australian classic - with most mod cons.
