THE TOWNHOUSE

"The Townhouse" is a luxury two story Townhouse only 4 min walk to city centre. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, plus study, family & dining area. There is a 2 car lockable garage, rear patio and balconette.
The Townhouse is fully self contained. It sleeps 6 and can accommodate 2 extra persons on a foldout sofa in the study.

Locality

WHAT TO DO

A pleasant 2 min stroll takes you to the tranquility of the beautiful Queens Gardens and Leschenault Inlet.
You can enjoy a 40-50 min walk on the well kept cycle paths and boardwalks surrounding the Leschenault Inlet.

Bunbury’s bustling main street with its award winning restaurants, cafes, coffee shops, boutiques, banks, cinemas and other attractions is a short 5 min walk away.
Bunbury’s Dolphin Discovery Centre with the famous Koombana Bay Dolphins is also close by. Also nearby (5 min walk) is the Parade on the Water Hotel.

The scenic Ferguson Valley with its many wineries is only 20-30 min away. Wineries are also located at Capel & Stratham.
The Sanctuary Golf Course and Bunbury Golf Club at Clifton Park are only 10 min away. Also nearby is the Capel Golf, course with its many Kangaroos, at Stratham.

Bunbury’s Back Beach (surfing) or Koombana Bay (swimming, skiing) is only 5 minutes away.
