Enjoy this beach side living. Leave your car and walk into your holiday fun. Only 66 steps and you are at the beach. A 5 minute walk to the CBD with cinemas, cafes, boutiques, banks, restuarants, entertainment centre, art gallery, day spas and nightlife. Take a brisk walk around the estuary to the Dolphin Discovery Centre. Take a short drive to the wineries at Ferguson Valley, Capel or Donnybrook. Enjoy a round of golf at the Sanctuary, Bunbury or Capel Golf Courses - all just a short drive away. Take a day trip to the Margaret River wineries, cheese and chocolate factories. Or just stay in to relax and enjoy the beautiful ocean views from your balcony and watch the dolphins play in the ocean or grap your fishing gear and try you luck with poplular beach fishing!
