'Dogs are welcome, children must be kept on a lead'. House trained and well behaved animals are welcome in the house although not to sleep on carpet in bedrooms, sleeping areas include bathrooms, balcony's and hall way. All animals are the responsibility of the owners and must be supervised at all times.

Surrounded by National Parks and State Forest abounding with wild life and flora.
A short drive to some of Australia's best beaches or the extensive and magnificent Great Lakes, perfect for canoeing, fishing,sailing or just enjoying.Just minutes from the freeway but worlds away from from the noise and rush of everyday life.Several golf clubs can be found locally for the serious golfer or the casual hitter.

The Wootton Guesthouse is a new and purpose built B&B designed to be environmentally friendly but still offer first class accommodation, with private bathrooms to each guest room and air conditioning and ceiling fans for your comfort.All the rooms have balconies with rural views and outdoor furniture.BBQ facilities and a fridge is available to our guests and we endeavor to give you a relaxing and memorable stay as guests in our home.

Drive 20 to 30 minutes and you can access the Myal Lakes situated in the national park, 3 times larger than Sydney harbour,no sharks or tides . A kayaka's paradise
