Located in the iconic Broadview Waterfront Apartments building, it sleeps a maximum of three people (King size bed* and sofa).

The 'Broadview' building is the most well known accommodation venue in Brunswick Heads, and has often been described as the "best location in town" at 12 Fawcett Street, right across the road from the Brunswick River and the site of the famous Brunz Markets held on the first Saturday of each month.

The apartment has: a king size bed, air conditioning, full cooking facilities, microwave, fridge, 40" flat screen LED TV, 26" LED TV, radio/iPod/iPhone player & charger, washing machine, clothes dryer, hair dryer, full length bathtub, beach towels, ironing facilities and off-street parking. There is also a beautiful garden area at rear with BBQ facilities available.

Appealing to the discerning guest, towels and linen are provided and are of high quality, with locally made organic Sanctum products provided in the bathroom. Everything you will need for that indulgent getaway.

A gentle 2 minute walk will take you to the heart of Brunswick Heads village where you can sample a range of lovely café's, restaurants and the Brunz Pub. The beach, which stretches all the way to Byron Bay, is only a five minute walk away and you can view the Brunswick river from your front window. A private and sandy river beach is right opposite the apartment.

Brunswick Heads is a small unspoilt coastal village on the NSW north coast, situated at the mouth of the Brunswick River. The town is 15 minutes north of Byron Bay and 30 minutes from the Gold Coast. It is only 30 minutes by car from both Coolangatta and Ballina airports.

Nestled within the breakwater there is a safe peaceful beach while the white sandy Brunswick Heads beach stretches all the way to Byron Bay and Cape Byron (the eastermost point of the Australian mainland). The north bank of the river hosts a protected rainforest and the southern bank provides a harbour and small marina for fishing boats and small craft. Mt Chincogan and Mt Warning provide a spectacular hinterland backdrop to the river that meanders up to the small town of Mullumbimby.

Despite the surrounding coastal development, Brunswick Heads has retained its traditional seaside village atmosphere. Timber bridges link the riverside to a safe, quiet beach at the mouth of the Brunswick River and to the surf beach that spans the coastline all the way to Byron Bay.
