South Golden Beach house is positioned in a highly sought after location – on the esplanade - directly opposite beautiful pristine beach, looking out to the dunes.
This property enjoys the benefits of a two bedroom house plus a detached converted bunkroom that air conditioned and includes a TV, DVD player and new modern ensuite.
The house has a new kitchen installed with dishwasher and microwave, the lounge has been recently refurbished with new leather lounges and opens out to a great outdoor entertaining area.
The yard is fully fenced and is child and pet friendly. The property is all on one level and enjoys two street access and off street parking.
There is a dog friendly beach just 50 metres up to the north, great fishing and surfing directly out the front.
A truly relaxing beach holiday can be had at South Golden Beach and it is is also so close to all the action of Byron, Bangalow, and Kingscliffe if also looking for some nightlife or a little retail therapy.

House has two bedrooms with a queen bed in one bedroom and a set of bunks in the other. Detached bunk house has a queen bed, 1 set of double bunks and a double sofa bed. Bunk house also contains brand new ensuite. Pillows, doonahs, doonah covers are all provided. Fitted and flat sheets and pillow cases are NOT provided and need to be provided by guests.
