With beautiful polished floors throughout, the large open plan living and dining area flows through wide opening north facing doors to the garden and outdoor entertaining area. The kitchen is fully equipped with European appliances and a large gas stove to meet all your entertaining needs, in addition there is a plasma TV, Foxtel (cable), DVD player and ipod docking station.

Also on the ground floor is a second sitting area and a large office with computer and high speed internet connection. The home has rear lane access with a double garage, intercom and air-conditioning throughout.

On the second floor, accessed by a stylish floating staircase, are four bedrooms and two bathrooms. The main bedroom has a kingsize bed with Egyptian cotton sheets, walk in robe and ensuite with double shower and basins. The second bedroom has a queensize bed and the third has a fold out sofa couch. The fourth bedroom is currently set up as a nursery although this can be converted to a single bed if required. The spacious main bathroom has a large shower and spa bath. All bedrooms have balconies with district views and there are built in wardrobes throughout.

The home is in a perfect location, just moments from the coast, close to the famous shopping area of Bondi Junction and only 20 minutes to the Sydney CBD. Should you decide not to walk or drive, buses leave regularly from the front door. You cannot go past this home for a perfect family holiday in Sydney.
