Ideal for a fabulous Sydney Xmas Holiday near Bronte Beach, this home has bags of atmosphere and is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac, but close to shops, transport and several beaches.



Fully furnished in comfortable relaxing style, the living, dining and kitchen areas are light, airy and spacious, and flow through big opening glass doors to outside garden and entertaining area. There is a piano to entertain your guests while the BBQ cooks, as well as TV, DVD, Foxtel, Stereo and wireless Internet connection. The kitchen is very large and has all the right appliances. Described as having a Byron Bay feel, the ambience reflects the surroundings and the easy 6 minute walk to Bronte Beach.



The main bedroom has a king-size bed, the second a Queen, third has a double and fourth has a single bed. There are polished floors and built-ins. There is an en suite bathroom, and the main bathroom has a separate bath.



There is a roll out awning over the exterior deck, and the garden has shade trees and plenty of nooks and crannies for a peaceful after swim nap. Minutes away from three beaches, cafes restaurants, major shopping centres, Centennial Park and Fox Studios, there is a bus stop nearby and quick access to the City.
