This stunning modern resort-style private home was designed by Sydney architects Molnar-Freeman and is the renovation of an original 1890's Victorian house. The interior is elegant and stylish flowing from the period features with high ceilings and timber floors to the spacious, modern open living-dining-kitchen areas with polished concrete floors (with under-floor heating), designer light fittings and furnishings, and 4.5 metre skillion roof which bathes the house in all-day sun.



There are two double bedrooms: one king with luxurious en-suite, one queen with ensuite; and two rooms each with two single beds. There are 3 bathrooms and four toilets. There is a large children's entertainmentplay room which can also sleep extra children.



The house is suitable for one or two families however two people would still enjoy an intimate luxurious holiday in this home.



There is a home theatre room with surround-sound DVD and cable TV. There is a state-of the art multi-room music system that plays CDs and which you can plug your i-pod into. The system has speakers throughout the house and outdoors so you can enjoy your music relaxing by the pool or whilst soaking in the bath.



There is a wonderful gourmet kitchen which opens to the pool-sideBBQ area with indoor-outdoor bar seating. The kitchen has a commercial espresso machine (Wega), two european ovens - one 90cm Ilve oven and gas cook-top, a Miele dishwasher, large fridgefreezer and a wine fridge. There is a walk-in pantry with separate sinkbench preparation area.



There is a laundry with washing machine, clothes dryer, iron and ironing board.
