Holiday house

Our home is a delightful old bungalow, while fresh, it is not renovated. It has lovely furnishings and art, very homely and a fantastic garden. While the living space is small, the 200m to the world famous Bronte beach make it a fabulous base. Along a spectacular sea side track you can walk to Bondi, Clovelly, Coogee (in fact most of the Sydney coast). The bus across the road takes you directly into the city of Sydney, only a 20min trip. This is why Bronte is considered one of Sydney's best locations. This is why we call Bronte home, and 10 Tipper Avenue "Yallingup", aboriginal for 'place of love by the sea'.

The neighbourhood is friendly and eclectic. The local community revolves around the beach and the surf club, for us as a young family, the local school. There are numerous parks (all walking distance), fabulous cafes and restaurants, from casual to fine dining. It is relaxed, yet stylish, simple yet elegant. Ideal for a family, a couple - any age or stage of life - there is something for everyone, with both seaside and city at your doorstep.

200 metres to Bronte beach. Walk to Bondi beach, Tamarama, Clovelly, Coogee. 30 minute bus trip to Sydney city. The best of everything.
