Set in a quiet street close to beach, shops, cafe's and bus stop. It is a short stroll ( about 7 or 8 mins ) to both Tamarama and Bronte Beaches and and a 10-15 minute walk to Bondi Beach and Bondi Junction's main shopping centre and train station, making it an ideal central location.

This is an older style house with all its original features apart from a freshly painted and BRAND NEW KITCHEN which was just installed in July 2011.

This large free standing house is clean, tidy and well maintained. Lots of sunlight streams through the house in summer.

Outside has a garden, courtyard and BBQ area, complete with BBQ. A private laundry with plenty of storage space. There is a secure parkng space onsite and plenty of on street parking all year around. The yard is fully secured if you have a pet

There is also an extra room that has been converted into a gym with a second shower and toilet.

Inside boasts two large bedrooms. One with a queen bed and TV and one with a queen and single bed. A cot can also be arranged.

There are 2 living area's, The main one has a new 42 inch LCD TV and DVD player. The second living area has been converted into an office, complete with desk top computer, highspeed broadband/wireless internet access and sofa bed

There is one bathroom inside, which although old, has been freshly painted.

The house comes complete with ALL furnishings including good quality white goods, New Bosch front loader washing machine, Desk top computer, 42 inch LCD TV, all cookware, crockery, cutlery, linen, towels, soap, toothpaste etc. It is ready for you to walk right in and be at home. It's light, bright and ideal for beach and city lovers

Would suit a professional couple or family here short term from overseas, a family in between houses or renovating and not wanting to un pack, or someone wishing to experience a sea change for summer.

Not suitable for 4 adults or backpackers.

This house is a quiet and safe residential neighbourhood and has a strict 'no party policy'. Conditions of agreemant wll be forwarded upon booking

A $1000 bond is required immediately to secure the property and will be refunded upon exit. The total balance for the entire stay to be paid 28 days prior to arrival or upon booking if at shorter notice.

Bond will be refunded within 48 hours of exit after an inspection has taken place

Price

XMAS SEASON $250 per night from Dec 1st 2012 until Jan 31st 2013 inclusive

LOW SEASON $225 per night from February 1st 2012- November 30th 2012 inclusive.

Minimum 14 days stay unless I have short spaces to fill. Stays under 14 days are charged at $250 per night

preferred stays 14 - 28 days

All utilities included. i.e gas, water, lawn maintenance, electricity and high speed internet

Exit cleaning fee is $350 ( optional ). You have the option to clean and replace everything as it was when you arrived. Alternatively a cleaning fee will be deducted from your bond.

$1000 bond will be refunded withn 48 hours of exit. It will usually be refunded sooner once an inspection is conducted which is usually on the day of checkout

Bond paid direct to owner, deposit and balance paid through this site or can be paid direct to owner.
