Cottage, Farm stays

Gum Paddock Country Cottage was the original Silverton Tramway Billiard Hall in the early 1900's and was transported to Gum Paddock in 1996 providing a great Getaway for two and has many a storey to tell.
The Cottage boasts original timber flooring with one bedroom with 1 x Double bed,Hallway, Open Living featuring Open Fireplace,a fully equipped kitchenette including microwave and electric stove and Bathroom. (please refer to photos) A BBQ and outdoor setting is provided within the undercover parking of the back verandah.
Sympathetically decorated with truly "A step back in time".

Locality

Gum Paddock is situated just approximately 9 klms from the Broken Hill GPO on the Barrier Highway.
Turn left at the double gates(refer to photo) travelling towards Wicannia and Sydney. You can't miss the Heritage colours.

Property

The Cottage is set amongst 300 acres of natural bushland with plenty of space for walking trails down to the old railway bridge, dam or creek along with your pets or visit the horses and maybe catch a glimps of a kangaroo or two. Just a great way to truly unwind and get back to nature for a while.

Pets are welcome with plenty of room to roam but must be arranged prior with the proprietors.

Romantic getaway

The Cottage and surrounds provides a very intimate and secluded atmosphere. What more could you want but your very own private creek or 300 acres of private land to explore! A romance package can be arranged if the hosts are notified when booking at a small additional fee.
