This modern three bedroom home is tiled throughout except the bedrooms and is in excellent condition with modern furnishings which include TV, Austar, reverse cycle airconditioner in the main living area, and ceiling fans throughout.

There is a lovely inground pool and a peaceful outdoor entertaining area, with a bbq, which faces west and has great views of the canal. A great place to sit back and relax and enjoy the beautiful sunset, or why not take the opportunity to do some fishing from your own back yard, there is also a private pontoon at your doorstep, so why not bring your own boat! The boat ramp is located at the end of the street for your convenience.

Once the fishing is over why not take the opportunity to stroll 5 minutes down the road to the popular Pacific Fair shopping centre or the casino for a quiet cocktail. The golden beaches are only a 10 minute walk via the Broadbeach cafes and restaurants plus the Oasis shopping centre. Close to pubic transport. Off street parking for two cars.
